Will the Best Director Winner Come from the Best Picture Winner?

How it works

This market resolves to “Yes” if the individual (or at least one individual, in the case of a co-directing team) who wins the Academy Award for Best Director directed the film that wins the Academy Award for Best Picture at the 2026 Academy Awards. Otherwise, this market resolves to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information and announcements from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. The official resolution sources are the agencies listed in RULE 14.67 in the CDNA Rulebook, which can be found here [https://www.nadex.com/rules/]. Liquidity may be low during the event. Trading is temporarily paused during scheduled maintenance periods.
