How it works

This market will resolve to one of the three tiers set forth above. The three tiers are designed to measure the 10-minute market price movement of NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) following the regular-session market open after its earnings release. The specific outcome tier that captures the realized return (R) across the 10-minute window will resolve to "Yes". All other outcomes will resolve to "No". The realized return (R) is calculated as: R = ((Settlement Price / Reference Price) - 1) * 100 expressed as a percentage and rounded to two decimal places in order to satisfy one of the tiers above. The three tiers are defined as follows: BEAT/CRUSHED IT is R > +0.25%, MEET/CALLED IT is -0.25% <= R <= +0.25%, and MISS/GOT CRUSHED is R < -0.25%. The Reference Price is the official 9:30 AM ET opening print of NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) on its primary listing exchange on Thursday, August 27, 2026. The Settlement Price is the official 9:40 AM ET print of NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) on Thursday, August 27, 2026. Pre-market prints prior to 9:30 AM ET and post-settlement prints after 9:40 AM ET are not used for settlement. Trading officially cuts off on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET. Earnings are announced after hours on 8/26/26. The trade will conclude on Thursday 8/27/26 at 9:40am. No trading occurs during or after the release. If the underlying stock is halted prior to or during the 10-minute window and does not resume trading prior to 9:40 AM ET on August 27, 2026, the Settlement Price is the last official regular-session print prior to the halt. If the company fails to release earnings on the scheduled date of August 26, 2026, and reschedules within 48 hours, the contract rolls to the new date with Reference and Settlement Prices re-anchored to the 10-minute post-open window following the rescheduled release. If the release is delayed beyond 48 hours from the originally scheduled date, the market will be settled as event cancelled. Restatements, revisions, or corrections issued after settlement have no effect on the settled outcome. Settlement is final upon official print evaluation at the Settlement Date and time. For purposes of settling this contract the stock price(s) used will be based on the price(s) reported by the Source Agency, Signal Markets. Trading is temporarily paused during scheduled maintenance periods.
