How it works
The market resolves when the winner of the 2026 Democratic Primary for U.S. Senate from Michigan is announced. Resolution will be based on the overall winner of the primary, including any potential second round or run-off, as reported by a Source Agency. If the Michigan Democratic U.S. Senate Primary does not take place, all corresponding contracts will resolve to "No". The official resolution sources are the agencies listed in Rule 14.62(c) in the CDNA Rulebook, which can be found at https://www.nadex.com/rules/. The notice of submission pursuant to CFTC regulation 40.2(a) for Rule 14.62 can be found at https://www.cftc.gov/filings/ptc/ptc07302527646.pdf Liquidity may be low after the election results start coming in. Trading is temporarily paused during scheduled maintenance periods. Settlement Source: Rule 14.62 (c) in the CDNA Rulebook
